Like many of us, Emily struggled to bridge together life on this earth and an eternal perspective. But that shifted when her son was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a serious genetic disorder. Emily is very honest about her day-to-day challenges, but she celebrates how they've brought her to a place of longing for heaven.
